Project Management
Introduction

Of course a lot of project management is common sense but if you do not know where to start or which controls you should use to help you finish on time and within budget while delivering the quality your customer wants, you can waste a lot of resources and/or it can be very stressful.
This workshop is based on PRINCE2® and is aimed at Project Managers and anyone else with an interest in projects.
