Content
The one day workshop starts with a simple exercise to identify personal time issues.  We examine the key issues of planning and setting SMART objectives.  Focusing on results we will look at how we differentiate between urgent and important within work schedules and grading using the traffic lights analogy. We will concentrate on understanding maintenance and progress tasks to ensure objectives are met.  We will also cover basic problem solving using creative techniques including mind mapping.  The final part of the workshop will address individual areas and cover such areas as diary planning, to do lists, handling interruptions, the in-tray and decision making.
The session will be set around a major time planning simulation and there will be plenty of opportunities for participants to discuss issues and put learning into practice.  Finally we will create and agree clear action plans in line with the organisation’s needs.
