Minute Taking

This practical, one-day course takes participants though the process of preparing for a meeting, listening actively, checking understanding, identifying the relevant information, summarising the key points and producing the final minutes.

The workshop is highly participative with activities, games and paired exercises. It culminates in a series of meetings to enable participants to both demonstrate listening skills as well as take notes.   All the activities, whilst challenging, will take place in a confidential and supportive environment.
