Hello and Welcome to Quicklearn

and thank you for visiting us.

You have reached here by following a link from a social networking site I am still learning to master! I hope you stay a little while and explore this site which is all about communicating to see if there are opportunities for us to work together.

Communicating effectively with customers and staff is crucial and during these difficult times cannot be ignored.   Here at Quicklearn we see so many examples of demotivated staff failing to look after their customers or failing to make themselves clearly understood. We see examples of: -

  • Emails and letters sent out in your name which do not reflect your business brand despite the £££s you spent on it.
  • Nerves affecting  the way we try to get our message across to others especially when we have to talk to groups.
  • A lack of a decent education in grammar leaving many of us with limited understanding of the structure of English which leads to difficulties with punctuation and therefore understanding.
  • An erroneous belief that one should use big words in reports leads to many documents not being read.
  • Our attitudes to giving a service often impacting on the way we speak to our customers.
  • Misunderstandings which lead many organisations into a spiral of communication failures which demotivate all involved.
