Sally Tanski
What she does
Sally works in partnership with Quicklearn and is also MD of Oakley Learning which she set up in 2001. She is an experienced learning and development professional with expertise in leadership development, change and project management.
Sally designs and delivers a wide range of learning for people at all levels within organisations. She has a proven track record of delivering communication strategies that are critical to the success of major change.
A member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Sally is accredited to use the Myers Briggs Type Indicator(R) (MBTI) the Strengths Deployment Indicator (SDI) and the Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation (FIRO-B). She has a Post Graduate Diploma in Training Management.
Sally believes that learning is definitely not a case of “one size fits all” and works with organisations to create solutions that are appropriate for their needs and their people. Using accelerated learning techniques, Sally helps people and their organisations achieve their goals successfully.
What she's like
Away from work, Sally enjoys activities which take her outdoors – running, walking and cycling along with more gentle activities such as gardening. A keen cook, she loves experimenting with new recipes on willing friends and family members - hence the need for all that exercise!
