Phil Palmer

What he does

Phil Palmer MAPM, Prince2 Practitioner, MSP Practitioner, is a project and programme management trainer and consultant.  His areas of expertise include Prince2, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), Earned Value, and Agile.  Phil is also an affiliate member of CIPD. He coaches project and programme managers on live projects and programmes.

What he’s like

Phil is very involved in the project management community chairing the local Chapter of the Association for Project Management (APM) and is also Treasurer of the Thames Valley Branch.  With all the lovely countryside around Swindon, every weekend he can be found on either his road bike cycling the quiet lanes, off road on his mountain bike or trekking on the isolated footpaths with friends and family

Phil delivers exam courses for Prince2 Practitioner but also designs and delivers non-exam workshops for Prince2 and MSP project and programme managers.  In addition, he delivers briefings for Senior Management and overviews for project/programme support staff.  He also works on live projects/programmes with the relevant manager to help improve the chances of a successful outcome.
