Agneta Lindgren
What she does
Agneta is a Management Trainer and Business Coach. She has CIPD and CMI membership with 17 years' comprehensive experience in training and education. Six of those years were spent in a College as Head of the Business School and Deputy Dean of the Faculty. The next ten were spent as Management Development Manager, supporting 800 managers in the largest privately owned facilities management company in the UK.
Agneta is an excellent trainer and coach and has a wealth of experience in training consultancy as well as designing and delivering development programmes. She builds rapport and is able to develop and support organisations, departments and individuals to meet new challenges.
What she’s like
Agneta grew up in Lincolnshire and moved to Brighton in 1998. She recently relocated to Gloucestershire and has taken up gardening and baking instead of sunbathing and barbeques on the beach. She has a tenacious spirit and grabs hold of a problem with both hands, whether it be interior design or digging and planting the garden. Her Swedish background can be seen, although very rarely, at the local Abba Karaoke night – Mamma Mia!
